TEACHING

Teaching is a container in which I can articulate my values, facilitate nourishing spaces for dance practitioners, engage in playful research and rigorous exploration, and build supportive community / class culture. I’ve been teaching regularly since 2022 and it’s one of my favorite aspects of my practice.

I teach a range of contemporary dance techniques & styles that include release-based techniques, floorwork, soft acrobatics (inversions/handstands/etc.), and incorporation of somatics & improvisation.
